Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using Xfatora services. It applies to customers, users, administrators, visitors, and anyone accessing Xfatora through an account, demo, trial, integration, or website.
2. Lawful business use
Xfatora must be used only for lawful business purposes. Users are responsible for complying with laws and regulations that apply to their organization, data, industry, employees, customers, suppliers, and operations.
3. Prohibited use
Users must not use Xfatora to violate law, store or transmit unlawful or harmful content, commit fraud or similar misconduct, send spam or phishing, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service security or availability, reverse engineer or exploit the service without permission, bypass usage or security controls, misrepresent identity or approvals, process data without required rights or consents, or build, support, or operate a competing service without written permission.
4. Sensitive and regulated data
Customers must not enter highly sensitive or regulated data into Xfatora unless their subscription, configuration, agreement, and legal basis support that processing. Customers are responsible for determining whether data is suitable for Xfatora, including data related to health, children, national identification, payment cards, criminal records, biometric data, special categories of personal data, export-controlled data, or other regulated information.
5. Security responsibilities
Users must use strong passwords, keep credentials confidential, enable available security controls where appropriate, use only authorized accounts, review user permissions regularly, remove access for departed employees or contractors, protect exported files and downloaded reports, and notify Xfatora promptly of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
6. Fair use and service integrity
Users must not overload, disrupt, scan, test, or abuse Xfatora systems. Excessive automated requests, bulk exports, unusual traffic, scraping, or activity that harms service integrity may be limited, blocked, or investigated.
7. Communications and content
Users are responsible for content they create, upload, send, or store through Xfatora, including messages, notes, attachments, invoices, quotations, payslips, surveys, support tickets, and reports. Users must ensure that communications sent through Xfatora are accurate, authorized, lawful, and appropriate.
8. Enforcement
Xfatora may investigate suspected violations and may request corrective action, remove or restrict content, limit, suspend, or terminate access, disable integrations or features, notify account administrators, report unlawful conduct where required or appropriate, and preserve information where required for security, legal, or dispute purposes.

Xfatora may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on xfatora.com with a revised last updated date.
