From catalog to posting

One order connects service, payment, ingredients, and reporting.

The app stays fast for the cashier while the server retains authority over price, tax, discounts, permissions, and final record creation.

01

Choose from the sellable catalog

Show localized English and Arabic products and categories without exposing raw ingredients or inventory records.

02

Build and route the order

Add modifiers, recipe, table, guests, and service mode, then route lines to the right kitchen station.

03

Let the server validate

The server recalculates price, tax, and discounts and checks permissions before approval.

04

Collect the right way

Split the amount across tenders, calculate change, and retain payment references and the receipt.

05

Post or recover safely

Consume ingredients, post records and reports, or replay the encrypted queue without duplicates.

POS for retail and hospitality

Complete workflows for cashier, kitchen, and manager—not just a payment screen.

One operational experience covers order building, fulfillment, collection, recovery, closing, data protection, and release quality.

Catalog and pricing

Show only what can be sold, configure it, and keep approval rules authoritative.

Localized, sellable-only catalog

Expose sellable products and categories in English and Arabic without mixing in preparation ingredients or inventory records.

Modifiers, recipes, and ingredients

Attach choices to a product and connect its recipe to ingredients consumed after the sale completes.

Server-authoritative validation

Price, tax, discount, permission, and final posting are approved by the server.

Service and kitchen

Move each dine-in, takeaway, or delivery order to the right execution station.

Dine-in, takeaway, and delivery

Select the service mode and connect dine-in orders to tables and guest counts.

Kitchen display and station routing

Route each order line to its configured preparation station or kitchen display.

Collection and control

Collect, return, and close the shift with a reviewable operational trail.

Split tenders and references

Collect through multiple payment methods, calculate change, and retain a reference for each tender.

Receipts, returns, and refunds

Issue receipts and connect returns and refunds to the original sale and review trail.

Shifts, cash movements, and reports

Open and close shifts, record cash-in and cash-out, and review variances and reports.

Resilience and trust

Keep operating safely, isolate every tenant, and improve release quality.

Encrypted, duplicate-safe recovery

Queue eligible operations securely and replay them with keys that prevent the same sale being created twice.

Tenant-isolated data

Execute requests inside the correct tenant context so organizations and branches do not mix data.

Analytics and crash reporting

Analytics and Crashlytics support adoption measurement, diagnosis, and release-quality improvements.

Light-only phone and tablet UI

A responsive light interface with no dark or system-selectable theme in this release.

Deletion, legal, and support

In-app account deletion plus privacy, terms, support, and legal-information access.

Reliability and control by design

Protection against manipulated totals, duplicate orders, and cross-tenant data exposure.

The architecture separates interface speed from server authority: the device builds the order experience, the server revalidates and posts it, and recovery keeps a stable identity for every attempt.

Build the POS workflow on modules designed to work together.

Point of sale software questions, answered

Who authorizes price, tax, discount, and final posting?

The server revalidates the cart, prices, tax, discounts, and permissions before it creates the sale and posting. The POS app presents the server-approved result; a device-calculated total is not treated as authoritative.

Is the sellable POS catalog separate from ingredients and inventory?

Yes. Cashiers see an explicit catalog of sellable POS products, while raw materials, ingredients, and inventory records remain separate. A recipe can connect the sold item to the ingredients consumed when the sale completes.

Does it support restaurants, tables, and kitchen screens?

It supports dine-in, takeaway, and delivery order modes; tables and guest counts; modifiers and recipes; and routing order lines to the configured kitchen station or display.

Can one sale use multiple payment methods?

Split tenders, change calculation, and payment references are supported, alongside receipts, returns, and refunds linked to the original sale.

What happens when connectivity drops?

Eligible operations are held in an encrypted local queue and synchronized after connectivity returns using idempotency keys that prevent duplicate recovery. Final authorization and posting remain server-side.

How does XFatora support shifts and operational control?

The workflow covers shift opening and closing, cash-in and cash-out movements, variance review, and operational reporting. Analytics and crash reporting improve reliability without mixing tenant data.

Is the app designed for phones and tablets?

The current release uses a responsive light-only interface for phones and tablets, reducing visual variation across checkout devices. Dark and system-selectable themes are not offered in this release.

Can users delete their account and reach support or policies?

The app provides an in-app account-deletion path plus access to privacy, terms, support, and legal information within the user experience.

Make checkout the start of a trustworthy record—not the end of an isolated transaction.
