How add-ons work

Paid add-ons become available after full payment. Custom domains also need ownership checks and support-assisted DNS and HTTPS activation. The first charge is prorated to the base renewal date. Active add-ons appear as separate lines on future subscription invoices. Included modules are never charged again; extra users and storage increase your allowance. Some specialist capacities need setup agreed with sales.

Is there a completely free package?

Yes. XFatora Free is free forever for one user, with basic CRM and invoicing: 100 customers, 100 leads, 100 products/services, 25 issued invoices and 50 issued quotations per calendar month. No card, renewal charge or automatic paid conversion. Upgrade to a paid package for stock, specialist modules or add-ons.

Are internal approvals included in my package?

Yes. Every current package includes Internal Approvals at its published price. Staff can send requests to colleagues, sign or reject them, and track decisions. All selected colleagues must sign for approval. Each person uses an active staff account within your package’s user allowance; external signing links are not supported.

Can I pay monthly or yearly?

Yes. Each tier has a monthly subscription and an annual upfront price. The monthly equivalent shown for annual plans is a comparison, not a monthly payment schedule.

Which e-invoicing connector is included?

Every current package includes regional e-invoicing at its published price. ZATCA is available only to companies in Saudi Arabia; EU e-invoicing is available only to companies in the European Union. Your company country determines which connector appears, independently of your interface language or subscription currency. Company-specific setup is still required before use.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Custom Domain is an optional paid add-on for every current package, covering one domain or subdomain for one company workspace. Your base package price stays the same. Buy the add-on after activating a paid subscription, then contact support to confirm ownership and configure DNS and HTTPS. Activation is completed with support after these checks. Domain registration and renewal are paid separately to your domain provider.

Can I add Accounting to a Fleet package?

Yes. Add missing modules from Add features after activating a paid subscription. Modules share the same workspace and user allowance. The first add-on charge covers the remaining subscription period; active add-ons renew with your base package.

What if the published limits are too small?

Request a custom package through our form. Tell us your modules, users, branches, capacity, integrations and setup needs. We will provide a scoped quote. There are no automatic overage charges.

What is separate from the subscription?

Hardware, messaging, AI or telephony usage, payment/provider charges, migration, custom integrations and assisted implementation are quoted separately. Applicable taxes are shown on the invoice.

How do sales offers and bonus years work?

Normal prices stay visible. Sales may issue one eligible introductory offer for a specific package. A pay-one-year offer can provide two or three years of base-package coverage after full payment. Add-ons are priced separately for that coverage. Normal annual pricing resumes afterward.

What happens if I cancel an add-on?

Cancellation stops renewal. Already-paid access remains until the end of its covered period. Existing invoices are not automatically refunded. Contact sales before changing the base package, currency or billing term while add-ons are active.
