Workspace
An episode-based rehabilitation cockpit connects assessment, plan, sessions, and outcomes instead of one long generic form.
A specialty workspace connects the rehabilitation episode, assessments, body map, measurements, goals, sessions, home exercises, and outcomes—then maps approved services to billing without exposing clinical notes.

Approved services, payer, responsibility split, and draft invoice—not the clinical record
Clinical-to-financial boundary
The patient record is separate from the billing customer or payer. The payer can be the patient, guardian, company, or insurer. Approved services and amounts move to a Xfatora draft invoice; the body map, diagnosis, and protected therapy notes do not.
Xfatora does not claim automatic medical or legal certification. Each customer must review local privacy, consent, medical-record retention, and regulatory obligations before launch.
